My vinyasa flow style classes are strong and demanding, linking breath and movement through a dexterous sequence of sun salutations and postures. The continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will allow you to test the edge of your balance and flexibility. I often include advanced postures such as handstands, arm balances or backbends. These classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basics of yoga, and appreciate a healthy sweat. They are not for first-timers or people with serious injuries or limitations. I choose a variety of music as a complement to class, which you can check out on my Spotify page. Make sure to bring a towel and any other special props that you may need for your practice.
